Sharma Jugdambi S.S.S, is a girl's college found in the north of Mauritius in the village of Goodlands. the college was inaugurated in March 1978.

Our college has a student population of 1154 (in 2014), from Form I to Form 6.

Earlier this school was a co-educational one; both boys and girls would study together. It is only in the year 1991 that our school was converted into a single sex school for girls only. The boys were shifted to Ramsoondur Prayag S.S.S situated in Rempart.

The first rector of Sharma Jugdambi S.S.S was Mr Mohungoo, the usher was Mr Bunjun. Moreover, Mr Virasawmy, Mrs Ramborun and Mr Thancanamotoo were among the first teachers who worked here. Our school received the help of people like St Antoinne and François de Grivel who donated plants to the school in those days of need in the early eighties.
